At present, most of the existing artificial sand production lines use wet production processes. No matter what form of treatment is used, the biggest flaw is the serious loss of fine sand (particles below 0.16 mm), and some even lose more than 20%. This not only loses output, but also seriously affects the gradation of sand for artificial sand, and resulting in unreasonable gradation and coarse fineness modulus, which greatly reduces the product quality of machine-made sand. Excessive fine sand discharge will also cause environmental pollution. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems such as the partial loss of ultra-fine sand and the inability to process the artificial sand-making mud water which causing pollution, our company has successfully developed the TSG series of dehydration and recycling integrated machine equipment.
The principle is: the mixture of sand and water coming out of the sand fishing machine enters the dewatering screen, and most of the medium and coarse sand passes through the dewatering screen, is dehydrated and transported to the middle part of the dewatering screen. At the same time, under the buoyancy of the mortar water in the upper layer of the sand fishing machine, most of the water and fine sand enter the water storage tank through the communication pipe, and then the water and settled fine sand in the storage tank are transported to the hydro cyclone through the slurry pump. After classification and concentration, centrifuged fine sand also enters the middle part of the dewatering screen through the outlet of the hydrocyclone. The three types of coarse, medium and fine sand are dehydrated twice in the dewatering screen. After being mixed evenly, they are sent to the belt conveyor at the outlet of the dewatering screen. Wastewater, mud, powder layer, impurities, etc. in the storage box are discharged through the overflow port of the cyclone.
