The company has always regarded technological innovation as the highlight of enterprise development. After ten years of research and development of our self-developed energy-saving sand production line, the company has developed three generations of sand-making machines and supporting auxiliary equipment for sand production lines： Energy-efficient Medium Roller Sand-making Machine，Gapless Single-drive Roller Sand-making Machine, and Hydraulic Single-drive Roller Sand-making Machine, which cover nearly 30 kinds of complete sets of large and medium-sized sand making production line with an output of 10-200 cubic meters per hour. The equipment can be widely used in silicon carbide, diamond sand, sintered bauxite, magnesia, and other high hardness, extra hardness, and wear-resistant materials. Meanwhile, it also adopted in sand making and agglomerating of various minerals such as river pebbles during river dredging and other industries, as well as the crushing of non-metallic ores. The design and manufacturing of the company's equipment are the pioneer in China along with the the overall technology in leading competence, and it also won the award for the first major technical equipment in Hunan Province in 2013. The large and medium-sized self-contained production lines matched with the main machine have the characteristics of high sand production rate, low unit power consumption, and low operating cost. Compared with traditional sand-making machines, the sand production rate is significantly increased by more than 30%, and the power consumption is reduced by more than 40%, which is currently a very economical and practical sand-making production line in China.
